Need help to register your property sell or buy
My name is Rapeephan Taengprawat, nicknamed Numfon. I am the MD of Orestone Group Co Ltd, founded in 2006.

If you are selling or buying a real estate in Pattaya (or any other city), and need help to register your property at Land Office, here is what we can do for you:
We use our company contract that have proven to be legitimate, legal and safe for 13 years. We will set up the contract according to the buyer and sellers terms in a very professional way. We can do this anywhere in Thailand, but if it is necessary for us to come to the regional Land Office, we will charge for travelling expenses.
We collect, scrutinize and prepare both sellers and buyers paper work.
We can help you set up a Thai bank account where to transfer the buy fund. If you transfer to a friends account in Thailand or all ready have the funding in Thailand we can arrange to get a Tor Tor Sam (a bank verification that you transferred the buy money from abroad which is mandatory according to the Condominium act law).
If buyer, seller or both are not in Thailand we send the necessary paper work to their country to issue a valid Power Of Attorney.
I can be the assigned POA or if you have a friend staying in Thailand as well. With the POA that person can complete the transfer. Be noticed that this POA is issued by Land Office and can not be used for ANYTHING else than transfer the specific property.
When all the paper work is finished I go to Land Office in Pattaya with or without seller/buyer. At this point it is very important that you know what you are doing. I have a very long contact experience with Land Office staff and they know me as well as beng trusted. There are never any problems with the registration procedure.
It is not easy to do all this by your self, a lot of work, many times big problems, retries and maybe a flaw in the buy/sell contract that might cost you dearly,
